Wynton Weather is the Owner and Director of Baseball Operations at SKILLS365, bringing 30 years of playing experience with 10 years coaching and skills training. Wynton is a former Division I Catcher at Delaware State University, where he studied Education, and was an All-Conference Athlete.

During his high school and college baseball career, he was scouted by the Philadelphia Phillies, Atlanta Braves and Baltimore Orioles as a Major League prospect.
